Important Instructions for
Health Checkup Appointments
Appointment Required: Please schedule your appointment in advance. Call us at +91 98950 08680 or Book Online
Check-In Time: Kindly report to the reception at SP Fort Hospital by 8:00 AM on the day of your checkup.
Fasting Required: Arrive on an empty stomach with overnight fasting of 10–12 hours. You may drink water during this period.
Medications:
- If you are on any regular medications, please bring them along.
- Diabetic or cardiac patients are requested to inform the reception upon arrival.
Medical Records: Bring all previous medical records and prescriptions, including any current medications.
Pregnancy Alert: Pregnant women or those who suspect pregnancy should X-rays unless advised by the doctor.
Dress Code: Wear comfortable, casual clothes and easy-to-remove footwear.
Duration: The health checkup process will take approximately 5 to 6 hours to complete.
Meals: A complimentary breakfast will be provided by SP Fort Hospital after your initial tests.
Additional Services: Any extra tests or consultations not included in your selected package will be charged separately.
